How To Store Your Bread

 

Berolina bakery does not use any preservatives in their freshly baked breads. Our breads keep best for 1 to 2 days after purchase. To refresh your breads sprinkle top with water and place in a warm oven at 350⁰ F for a few minutes.

If you would like to keep your breads longer then 2 days, then we suggest to put the bread in the freezer and defrost at room temperature.

We can not guarantee the bread will be available on the days listed, due to unavailable ingredients, human error, holidays, weather conditions or selling out!

 

Specialty or large orders need approx. 2 business days advanced notice in order for us to take the appropriate steps for our freshly baked breads to settle!

We do require a deposit on Large bread orders!
